HUMAN GIVENS THERAPY

I offer a brief-therapy approach, typically taking six sessions, which means it’s affordable and not unduly time-consuming.

I always aim to help you start feeling better from our very first session. I’ll take time to listen and to understand your emotions, but we won’t dwell on them, because it’s not necessary to feel worse before you can feel better.

We’ll focus on getting your needs met, identifying your own strengths and resources, and setting positive, achievable goals. You’ll learn techniques to help you relax, challenge your negative thoughts, and use your imagination in a positive way so that you can start to sleep better, boost your energy, be there for your partner and feel calmer and more effective at work.

We’ll rehearse success so that you leave each session fully equipped to start making positive change and getting back on track.
