HUMAN GIVENS THERAPY

Human Givens therapy is a form of brief therapy, combining proven therapeutic techniques with the most up to date psychological knowledge and typically taking four to six sessions. I will take time to listen and to understand your emotions without dwelling on them, because it’s not necessary to feel worse before you can feel better.

We’ll use the Human Givens to decide on intelligent goals, uncover your innate resources and make positive changes quickly and effectively.

We will even practise using those resources at the end of each session; I always aim for you to leave feeling better than when you walked in.
